where things are felt

where things are felt

here, women gather to undulate, regulate & reconciliate.

This is not just a program. It’s a journey to reclaim the hidden, the raw, the sacred threads of emotion that weave through your life, waiting to be heard. In this space, we do not rush through our feelings or quiet their roar.

It's where things are truly felt.

It's where things are truly felt.

There is a place where the soul softens, where the silence between words speaks louder than the sound itself. It's the space where what you've felt but never expressed finally rises to meet the world.

where we all get to exhale, deeply...

where we all get to exhale, deeply...

Instead, we listen. We honour. We let them breathe.

OUR RHYTHM

We gather twice monthly -

Once a month, we journey into the undulating rhythms of your inner landscape. Together, we gather around the campfire in Where Things Are Felt to feel deeply— allowing the flow of emotions to move through you in the most authentic and healing way. These undulation journeys are a sacred release, an invitation to explore the terrain of your inner world with compassion and courage.

Once a month, we gather for Where Words Are Felt—a place for your words to pulse with the heartbeat of your spirit. Here, we write with the intention of bringing forth what the heart has longed to speak. This is not just writing; this is channeling your most honest, vulnerable, and powerful truth onto the page.

Something profoundly shifts when we create space to give voice to what we ache for.

In the warmth of this community, you are seen. You are held. You are not alone in your unfolding.

There are no rules here. Only a shared devotion to the deepest parts of ourselves that yearn to be felt, to be seen, and to be expressed. This is a space for the brave souls who are ready to step into their own vulnerability and witness the magic of their own becoming.

If you are ready to feel, to write, to release, and to embrace what has been waiting within you, then Where Things Are Felt is here to hold that sacred space.

For what is felt here, will transform what is known.

Let your heart be a river, your words create the current.

Let your heart be a river, your words create the current.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

this container is for the deep feeling women, for women who are afraid to feel, for the women recovering from feeling too much & not enough, for the women who feel shy, for the women who feel brave, for the women desiring to be held, seen & accepted in her fullness.

WHY FEEL?

to feel is to acknowledge our humanity, to feel is to allow the river of emotions flow out into the oceanic shores, to feel is to free emotional and energetic stagnation, to feel is to access beyond our bracing & heart armoury, to feel is to humbly befriend our vulnerability, to feel is to open our hearts to love and be loved again and again.

FAQs

I am unable to join live, would it still be worth signing up?

Yes. The live space holds a special energy, but the recordings hold just as much care and potency. You will be guided in your own time, in your own space, and the practice will meet you exactly where you are.

I live in a different time zone, can I still join?

Absolutely. Many participants tune in from around the world. If the live time doesn’t suit your schedule, you’ll receive access to the full recording within 24 hours.

Will practicing alongside the recording still be as impactful and meaningful an experience?

Yes. This work is designed to resonate across time. The moment you choose to engage with it is the right moment. Many people have profound experiences working with the recording alone—what matters most is your willingness to meet yourself, not when.

How long will I have access to the recording for?

You have access to the recording for 14 days after its released, giving you plenty of space to revisit, pause, reflect, and return as needed.

Will I be expected to share or speak during the session?

Nope. While there will always be warm, open invitations to share, there is never any pressure to speak or participate in a certain way. You can be as visible or quiet as you need to be.

What do I need to bring or prepare for the session?

All you need is a quiet, uninterrupted space (which sometimes is in your car), something comfortable to sit or lie on, and perhaps a journal and tissue box nearby. You may want to bring water or tea and anything else that helps you feel supported (a blanket, candle, eye covering etc.).

Is this a women-only space?

Yes. Where Things Are Felt is intentionally held for women-identifying participants only, to foster emotional safety, intimacy, and vulnerability.

Is this part of Studio Occupancy?

No. Where Things Are Felt is its own sacred container. It is separate from Studio Occupancy to preserve its intimate, women-only space. If you're looking for ongoing daily practices and a co-ed digital library, you may wish to explore Studio Occupancy.

I’m afraid of feeling my feelings. I’m afraid of what might rise to the surface. I’m afraid of feeling too overwhelmed — should and can I still participate?

You’re not alone in feeling that.

The emotional landscape is tender territory—and you will never be asked to force anything. This space is built with care, spaciousness, and deep respect for your pace. You are always in choice. You are welcome to simply listen, breathe, observe, or pause as needed. Sometimes the smallest openings are the most profound.

If you have a history of complex trauma or emotional dysregulation, or if you are currently working with a therapist or healthcare provider, it may be supportive to check in with them before participating. This offering is not a replacement for professional mental health care—but it may complement the inner work you are already journeying through.

Do I need to have any prior experience with somatic practice, meditation or writing?

Not at all. This space is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you are new to this kind of practice or have been exploring it for years, you are welcome and encouraged to arrive with curiosity and gentleness.

Is this a therapeutic or clinical offering?

This is not a clinical therapy session and is not a substitute for psychotherapy, counselling, or medical care. However, the space is held within a strong therapeutic framework—drawing from breath, somatic awareness, vocal expression, and restorative movement to support emotional integration and nervous system regulation.

While each person’s journey is highly unique, participants have previously shared that this practice has allowed them to safely access and release layers of emotion and trauma that had remained untouched in more conventional therapeutic or psychological settings.
